We are not liable for damaged or lost returns. So we suggest an insured, trackable mail service. We cannot provide a refund until we have received the goods or proof of return delivery.
Your return will be credited as a gift if the goods were purchased as a present and shipped directly to you. A gift certificate will be issued to You once the product is returned.
As a gift, we will send the refund to the purchaser unless they specifically requested otherwise.
